You agree that all activities conducted under your account shall be deemed as having been authorised by you. td333 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. 3.3. All funds deposited into a td333 account must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name. td333 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of originating from a third party may be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
